Well, I guess I shouldn't speak for everyone right? I found a video of Angelina Jolie speaking at a press conference for The Changeling. In the video, she talks about the entire family having jet lag and how much she is enjoying visiting Japan.

31 Jan 2009 - Don't confuse Megan Fox with Angelina Jolie - she's no 'Lara Croft'
Megan Fox wants to set things straight – she's no Angelina Jolie.

And to prove it, the smoldering actress will pass on the chance to play the role of gun-slinging, badass action-hero Lara Croft.

Industry insiders have said Fox would be a natural follow in the role originated on the big screen by Jolie in 2001.

And it would likely be a career boost for the sexy "Transformers" star – "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" catapulted Jolie to superstar status, but Fox is steering clear of the franchise, which was adapted from a video game.

"Megan is not involved in this movie," her rep said.

That leaves producers on the hunt to cast a new villain and love interest along with a leading lady, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

30 Jan 2009 - Warner rebooting Tomb Raider: Will Angelina be Lara Croft?
Warners Brothers and producer Dan Lin are in early development on a reboot of Tomb Raider, a movie based on the popular video-game action franchise featuring Lara Croft, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The new project is expected to revamp the character and her mission and bear little resemblance to the two Paramount movies also based on the game, 2001's Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and 2003's Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, which featured Angelina Jolie in the title role.

The new film will reimagine the origins of the character, her love interest and the main villain, the trade paper reported.

As an open-writing assignment, the project is still in its nascent stages. An actress who could play the role Jolie made famous would likely come on after a writer and director are attached. (Rumors that Transformers star Megan Fox would put on the shorts and boots were shot down by her representatives.)

Rights to the game reverted to game publisher Eidos. When Time Warner upped its stake to 19.92 percent in Eidos in December, film rights to the property were included as part of the deal. A 10th-anniversary edition of Tomb Raider was released in 2006.

Lin will produce the project via his Lin Pictures banner, while Stephen Gilchrist will co-produce; Ian Livingstone of Eidos will executive-produce.

30 Jan 2009 - Angelina Jolie Tell-All Book By Bodyguard Mickey Brett
A former bodyguard has rained on Brangelina’s double Oscar nod joy by announcing that he is penning a scandalous tell-all book about the Changeling actress.

Beefy bodyguard Mickey Brett, who served as Angelina’s head of security for seven years, was so close to the pouty-lipped star that her oldest son, Maddox, used to refer to him as “Uncle Mickey.” But after being abruptly fired by the famous couple after a long-running feud with Brad in 2007, Mickey, 52, decided to team up with ghostwriter Robin McGibbon and use the power of the pen to dish the dirt on the mother of six.

“It will include the sordid details of how they got together while Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston,” a publishing industry informant has revealed to In Touch.

Mickey claims to have walked in on the Brad and Angelina having sex while filming the 2004 smash Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

“Mickey walked in on Brad being intimate with Angelina in her trailer.”

And if that wasn’t salacious enough for you, the upcoming tell-all promises tidbits about Brangelina’s sex life.

“She indulged any fantasy he had, including buying sex toys, paddles, whips, and dressing up in latex.”

The security guard alleges that Angie is a habitual cheater who began having a “secret rendezvous” with an infamous female pop star after the birth of the couple’s daughter, Shiloh.

“Mickey set up at least 20 meetings for Angie with this woman at hotels when Brad was working,” says the In Touch spy.

“This is Angelina’s worst nightmare. She trusted Mickey to keep her secrets….This may end their relationship. She’s terrified Brad may leave her when he hears about the mean-spirited things she said about him behind his back and her secret relationships.”

27 Jan 2009 - SAG Awards 2009
E!’s Giuliana Rancic tried to get into a “deep” question with Angelina and Brad at the red carpet on the 2009 SAG Awards and asked the couple on what they’ve learned from each other. Brad responded, “Let’s go to the next question. I just don’t want to get into it here… I’m really thrown by the GlamCam that’s undressing me as we speak.”

Angie said, laughing, “It seems like a really odd moment for all of that. I’m sorry.” After a little more poking and prodding, she answered, “[Brad]’s taught me a great deal. He’s a wonderful man and a great father and the person I admire most in the world because I know who he is every minute of every day. I think he’s extraordinary… We’ve been doing [the red carpet] together for four years - it’s always nice [to have him around]. I don’t think I’d want to be doing it alone. It’s nice to be doing it with your best friend and have a laugh in the middle of the show.”

Brad returned the favor, saying, “[Angie's] an amazing woman and a fantastic mother. I don’t have enough good things to say about her.”

When asked by Access Hollywood if they’re ready for more kids, Brad said, “We average about two a year, so I guess we’re overdue, aren’t we?” Angie concurred, saying, “Yeah, I agree! If they come our way, we’d be happy to have them all. We love children.”

On Monday morning, Brad, Angie and their six children are reportedly flying off to Japan.

27 Dec 2008 - Angelina Covers Germany’s Comopolitan
Angelina Jolie takes the January 2009 cover of Germany’s Comopolitan. Interview highlights as follows:

On finding time for her family, acting career and commitment as a UN ambassador: “Well, I do take my time outs. And most of all I do receive support from Brad [Pitt]. We are a good team. That is important to me and gives me strength… I cannot sit quietly while others die of hunger and children. My commitment for the United Nations I do not want to abandon. The play has no greater priority. In February, I still turn a movie, then I suppose one years off.”

On surviving each day without a nervous breakdown: “I’m very disciplined. I have a balanced diet and among other things I do Pilates. If I’m fit I feel more comfortable and I do have a lot more energy.”

On playing the role of a mother in Changeling, whose son disappears without a trace: “Just the idea of such a possibility made me go completely crazy. Initially, I wanted to cancel it. But the strength and self abandonment of this woman made be accept the role.”

27 Dec 2008 - Ben Affleck: Angelina Jolie "Not High Profile Enough"
Ben Affleck just doesn't think Angelina Jolie has the star power necessary to be a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations.

Affleck showed his trademark humor when he joked about Jolie's participation at the press conference for his short movie, Gimme Shelter, in NYC on Wednesday.

"UNHCR has to find a goodwill ambassador who will get the attention of the press because the woman they've got is not high profile enough," Affleck said.

Jolie, who has been the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees goodwill ambassador since early 2001, has worked with field staff and met with refugees in more than 20 countries.

Like Jolie, Affleck has tried to use his star power to enlighten the public on important global causes.

"One of the things about being an actor is that I've had the opportunity to be exposed to really smart people," he said. "People have been really generous. I expose myself to those people and say, 'Help me learn about this,' and I've given myself a great post-graduate experience in this arena."

His film, a four-minute humanitarian campaign for victims of the fighting in Eastern Congo, is set to the Rolling Stone song of the same name.

27 Dec 2008 - Brad & Angelina: We Don't Have a $200 Million Pre-Nup!
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt don't have a $200 million pre-nup agreement, despite a false claim suggesting otherwise.

Star magazine reports the couple signed the big bucks agreement before a planned walk down the aisle to detail what will happen to their property, finances and children if they split. The magazine also continues to report that Jolie is pregnant.

But a rep for Jolie tells MomLogic.com: "There is no truth to any of these claims."

Pitt once swore off marriage until it was legalized for everyone, but admitted earlier this month he'd wed Jolie "if we feel it's important to our kids."

Jolie has also faced persistent pregnancy rumors. In Touch recently claimed Jolie announced she was pregnant in a London restaurant when a waiter tried to pour her a drink, while Life & Style questioned if the actress was "three months along" on a "Baby News" cover.

Jolie's rep denied both claims to Usmagazine.com at the time.

Although she's not expecting now, Jolie and Pitt haven't ruled out more kids in the future.

In a November interview with Oprah Winfrey, Pitt said they'd "probably" add to their brood. (They are already parents to Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 3, Shiloh, 2, and twins Knox and Viv, 4 months.)

"It's the greatest endeavor I've ever taken on," he said. "Why stop now?"
